Hutson, Inc. Announces Senior Leadership Team Promotions

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Waggener to the position of President.

Josh began at Hutson in October 2017 as Vice President of Sales. During his tenure, he led the development of a comprehensive sales strategy which resulted in 22% revenue growth. His intentional focus on sales team collaboration with aftermarket has driven an enterprise mindset among all team members. On an interim basis, Josh will continue to serve as the VP of Sales in addition to his new responsibilities.

Josh brings twenty years of experience successfully managing P&L’s for multiple locations where he was responsible for both sales and operations. His diverse background in engineering, product marketing, sales management and executive leadership has qualified him for this role. In his prior experience he led teams through initial start-ups, reorganizations and growth initiatives through organic strategies and mergers & acquisitions.

We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Brandy Jared to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Brandy began at Hutson in October 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources. She later assumed additional responsibilities leading the Marketing, Continuous Improvement, Support Center and Integrated Solutions teams. During her tenure, she has established a strategic planning process aligning the company's goals, improved the retention of employees as well as the customer and employee experience.

Brandy brings twenty years of experience coaching executive teams to improve company culture resulting in engaged workforces. She has led organizations through multiple restructures, continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency gains through streamlining processes.

From our humble beginnings more than 85 years ago, Hutson has grown and evolved to meet the growing needs of our customers. With a foundation built upon a strong commitment to customer service, we have sunk our roots deep in the community.

It is through our dedicated employees and customers that we have been able to diversify from a single location farming mercantile into one of the largest John Deere dealers in North America. Through planned growth and a continuous focus on customer service, Hutson now has 12 locations throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee. The Hutson product offering has grown over the years to include lawn and garden, compact construction, ag management solutions, and commercial application products.

Much like the growth Hutson has experienced, we want to help provide the solutions and support our customers need to grow their business, farm, or property.
