Purpose:
This individual will provide customers with the pickup and delivery services they need on their turf equipment. They will also assist the customer with any training they may need to use the equipment or answer any questions they may have about the equipment. They may also transfer equipment from one store location to another.

Delivery Accuracy: Ensures all deliveries are completed with accuracy by verifying details, conducting necessary inspections, and confirming customer needs. Demonstrates attention to detail in matching delivery documentation to goods transported and maintains compliance with company standards.
Safety-Delivery: Ensures the safe and efficient delivery of goods by adhering to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures. Conducts thorough pre-delivery inspections, secures loads properly, and maintains a focus of minimizing risks during transit. No record of safety violations.
Organization & Time Management Skills: Demonstrates a strong ability to arrange tasks, resources, and priorities to maximize efficiency. Keeps workspaces, information, and daily schedules well-organized, while actively seeking to improve current processes. Can consistently prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring timely completion of work without sacrificing quality. Balances multiple responsibilities, and eliminates errors made with recurring tasks.
Adaptability in Role: Adapts to changes in technology and work environment, able to multi-task and prioritize workload, changes approach or method to best fit the situation, and is able consistently deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. This employee is willing to be flexible in regard to work responsibilities and environment.
Ability to Work Independently: Works independently and completes routine daily, weekly, and monthly assignments with minimal direction. This individual is motivated, self-driven and efficient. Supervisor does not need to follow-up regarding the completion of assigned and/or delegated tasks.
