Purpose:
This Technician will perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment. Their purpose is to continue learning the business and gain the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the framework of the Hutson Service Business Model.

Time Management: Effectively manages time and workload, ensuring tasks are completed within expected deadlines. Prioritizes repairs and balances routine maintenance tasks to meet company standards. Effectively communicate with the service office when faced with obstacles and delays.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, consistently reviewing work to identify potential errors before completion. Pays close attention to both small and large aspects of work, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to guidelines. Maintains focus with repetitive tasks.
Notes on work Orders and Warranty Write Ups: Accurately documents detailed notes on work orders and warranty write-ups, ensuring compliance with company standards. Effectively includes Complaint, Cause, and Correction. Warranty billing cycle days to be invoiced; Within 4 days of completion to ensure timely billing.
Completion of Daily Work Orders: Ensures that all daily work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Follows established procedures to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed and documented.
Diagnostic Aptitude: Demonstrates technical expertise in diagnosing equipment issues accurately and efficiently. Utilizes diagnostic tools, techncal manuals, and experience to identify root causes of malfunctions, minimizing downtime. Continually updates knowledge to stay current with evolving technologies and industry standards.
System Proficiency (Salesforce, Filebound, ADP): Skilled and proficient in applicable systems that pertain to the role such as DTAC, Service Delivery, Codify, ADP, Salesforce, Foresight, Service Advisor, etc. Consistently works to improve skills within these systems and stays up to date with software changes to remain effective in the role. Works independently within these systems and needs little guidance when completing recurring tasks.
